With over a decade of experience in operations management, Grace has held key leadership roles in both large corporations and startups. She has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Grace holds three Bachelor degrees from the University of California, Riverside. She earned her Bachelor in Pre-law (2012), Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology (2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (2017). Pre-law has given Grace an insight of tailoring a business for the unique attributes of a Law Firm that can best service the needs of the clients and the business. The B.S in Psychology provided her with a unique understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. The B.A in Business Administration equipped her with a solid foundation in management principles and strategic decision-making.
As Operations Director at Szeto-Wong Law, Grace oversees all aspects of the organization's operational activities, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance management. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
