
Duke Truong attended California State University East Bay, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2009. He received his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2016.
Prior to law school, Duke gained valuable experience while working as a family law paralegal for a boutique family law firm in Los Gatos. During this time, he honed crucial skills that would prove instrumental to his career as an attorney, including legal research, discovery, investigation, and writing.
Following his graduation from law school, Duke became a Post-Bar Law Clerk at a boutique family law firm in San Jose, where he awaited admission to the State Bar of California. In this role, he focused on honing his skills in drafting legal documents, familiarizing himself with court procedures, deepening his knowledge of family law, and developing effective communication with clients. In recognition of his growth and capabilities, Duke was promoted to the position of Associate Attorney in March 2021.
Duke practices primarily family law and has represented clients before judicial officers and in mediations, engaged in settlement negotiations, and collaborated with experts in accounting, real estate, appraisals, therapists, and other professionals in the family law arena to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
During his leisure time, Duke finds enjoyment in various activities, including reading, hiking, gardening, golfing, and cherishing valuable moments with his loved ones.
